U-ACT LERO London Recovery Coaching Campus

U-ACT's training path from Peer Volunteer to LERO leader. This accredited programme equips people with lived experience to support others using coaching tools, ethical practice, and recovery models. It includes 40+ hours of training, peer coaching, supervision, and practical assessments. Trainees build skills in listening, powerful questioning, goal setting, and navigating recovery capital, wellness, and trauma. Our Recovery Coaches lead from lived wisdom—not from fixing—and help others move from harm to hope. Roles beyond LERO Certified Peer Recovery Specalists include Recovery Coach, Case Manager, Facilitator, and U-ACT Board Members.
